Abstract

This is a review and staging paper on the fundamental problem of “oil pipeline”. An algorithm of its possible complex solution from the positions of tribo-fatigue is proposed and briefly analyzed. In the first approximation, this algorithm is concretized. Some innovative tasks for a priority solution are formulated.
