Abstract Theoretically proved that the displacement of the center of mass of a mechanical system for any of the corners of the counter rotational movement of its working bodies in the plane of the reference body independent of the resistance movement of the environment and supporting the body always remains constant such that for an infinite resistance. Infinitesimally small and the zero resistance to displacement of the center of mass becomes impossible. This effect led to develop Savelkaev inertsioid.
