Abstract

The mathematical model has been developed that can be used to select the technological modes of induction centrifugal surfacing, which provide the minimum value of the wear rate of the working surfaces of the deposited coating. The results of computational and experimental modeling are described, from which it can be concluded that in order to obtain the optimum wear rate of the coating material Iq = 6,37÷7,04 · 10–5 mg / m, the parameters of the induction centrifugal surfacing process should be as follows: temperature isothermal holding T = 1100÷1150 °С, isothermal holding time t = 180÷240 sec, rotation speed ν = 2000÷2250 rpm.
