Abstract

The mathematical dependences connecting design data of the flexible tool (metal wire brush) and technological parameters of process of drawing of a covering by a cladding with the flexible tool are received. Tests of slide-ways with a covering generated on rational modes, chosen with use of the developed model, have confirmed its efficiency. The covering has provided decrease in factor of a sliding friction at moving machine units on slide(ways on 25…30 % at a friction "pig-iron on pig-iron" and on 35…40 % - at a friction "pig-iron on a steel", and also improvement of the slow movements steadiness of form-building units of metal-cutting machine.
