Abstract

The article presents the problems of activity Federal State Unitary Enterprise «NAMI» which were a definite by the strategy for automobile industry development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020 and promising structure of the russian R&D base. The main stages of the reorganization and development of R&D of Institute was presented for ensuring the expansion of business in the industry through the introduction of scientific and innovative products in mass production.

Abstract

The paper analyzes the operationing conditions of the automobile transport in the open-pit minings. In the process of deepening open-pit minings steadily become more complex conditions of operation of mining dump trucks, which requires improvement of their design. The influence of parameters of mining dump trucks through the parameters of roads and work sites on the amount of the additional stripping in the career are considered. In the paper shows the rational limits of increasing the highway ramps, which are surmounted by mining dump trucks for different open-pit mining. The directions of development of structures of mining dump trucks are presented, based on the requirements from the side of the surface mining. One of the directions is the creation of specialized quarry vehicles, adapted to a large extent to the specific conditions. A complex of specialized vehicles: mining dump trucks with trolley assist and troll-rechargeable mining dump trucks, mining dump trucks with the hybrid power unit, caterpillar mining dump trucks, trolls-the train. The areas of application of the classical mining dump trucks and the proposed specialized are showen.

Abstract

The use of nanostructured materials and activated methods of surface engineering for creation of modern technics objects. The principles of control of forming rocesses of structure and phase in the materials and coatings in the presence of nanosized modifying particles are described. The scientific and technological bases of the formation of structure and properties of surface layers under the action of thermal, mechanical, chemical, electrophysical factors in the realization of various surface engineering methods (electrochemical deposition, gas"thermal spraying, microarc oxidation, friction plating, ion beam implantation, tribomechanical modification) are shown. The examples of application of the developed nanostructural materials and coatings with high physico"mechanical and tribological properties for production of friction assemblies of various technical objects are shown.

Abstract

An interpenetrating character of concepts «reliability», «safety», and «risk» in the general structure of the concepts defining quality of technical system is demonstrated. Problems of categorization and estimation of technogenic risks of objects of the technical regulation, dangerous industrial objects, and critically and strategically important objects are
considered. Methods for calculation of real machines reliability, which are based on modelling the failures (limiting states) of machine as a multilevel system and reproduction of its components dependent behaviours, are presented. Classification and models of life calculations, methodology of an estimation of technical state and monitoring vibration for transmission
units of mobile machines are resulted. Approaches to solving problems of reliability and safety of technical systems which are considered by experts of Institute of Machines Science named after A.A.Blagonravov of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus work are described.

Abstract Main activities of scientific researches of the scientific engineering center «Automotive electronics and electromechanical», received results and their approbation are considered. There are presented main developments of the organization departments of the center which are in mainstream production at plants of radio-electronic profile of the Republic of Belarus, as well as short-term and medium-term tasks carried out for interests of mechanical engineering complex.
