Abstract |
The method and algorithm to improve the accuracy of motion systems by reducing the discrete grid step, which based on the developed mathematical model of magnetic flux circulation in the gap of a linear stepping motor, was presented. The circuit design was given, the optimization of quantization levels of control action with the correction of location of discrete grid nodes, which significantly reduces the deviation of the grid nodes from the nominal values, was carried out. The results of experimental investigations of one$coordinate linear stepping motor were shown; it confirms the effectiveness of the developed method and algorithm of improving the accuracy of motion systems. |
