Abstract |
The laws of the Ni-P films autocatalytic formation on the various substrates were investigated. The dependence of the Ni-P coatings chemical and phase composition and their microstructure on the synthesis conditions and the conditions for obtaining composite materials with high barrier and anti#friction properties were established. |
