Abstract |
A number of laws of deformation and failure of cylindrical samples such as Ludwik-Scheu are established. It is shown that the samples of smooth deformation heating raises the temperature of the surface to the (40-100) °C. In areas with recesses surge in temperature is much lower due to the smaller volume of a deformable metal. Increase of speed from (0,8-1,6) mm/s up (33,3-98,9) mm/s results in temperature rise of a surfase in 2,5-3 times (80-90) °C. |
