Abstract |
There is a solution of contact task with an act of constant pressure on the band, width = 2a, of restricted half space, presented as endless body, depth = b, and supported on absolutely/strong plane. The solution is presented as a sum of solutions: with b = ∞ and b = const. Shown that with b → ∞ the second solution aspire to zero. |

Abstract |
On the basis of finite-element models analysis influence of central joint form of bus framework rods on level of its durability is estimated. The variant of the smoothed joint, which durability is essentially higher (3-5 times) as usual T-shaped joint is offered. |

Abstract |
The article offers a method to estimate the wheel efficiency and identifies the ways to increase it. The propositions are based on the power and kinematics factors analysis. The substantiation is given to the following variants: the transmission control, the proposals to remove working mode zone to lowest values of wheel rolling resistance, to use an original wheel design to reduce wheel rolling resistance. The offered innovations concern the increase of general efficiency of mobile cars, the improvement of traction wheel properties and reduction of fuel consumption. |

Abstract |
The article deals with the simulation and analysis of vehicle dynamic vibration burden. Mathematical model of vibrations of wheel machines, the basic geometric and physical-mechanical parameters of the research are presented. The results of the analysis of the vertical accelerations of the most salient points of a car moving at a given speed range for certain types of roads are expounded. |
