Abstract |
Wear and fatigue resistance of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-2Mo-2Cr nitrided by various technologies was investigated. It was shown than nitriding results in increase in microhardness of near-surface layer up to 1900-2100 HV0,2 and improves wear resistance in 15-20 times. Gaseous nitriding of titanium alloy in the atmosphere of dissociated ammonia reduces its fatigue resistance. Computer simulations were used to calculate the elastic-stressed condition of the gradient layer formed on the surface of the nitrided titanium alloy. It was shown that strain and compressing stresses appear in the nitrided layer. It was concluded that reduced fatigue resistance of titanium alloy subjected to nitriding in the atmosphere of dissociated ammonia can be explained by accelerating appearance of fatigue microcracks in strained areas of modified layers due to hydrogen saturation. |

Abstract |
There have been obtained physical and mathematical models for irreversible forging of powder materials to get structural machine parts. The constitutive equations for determination stresses strain rates and density inside a volume of porous body taking into account elasticity and plasticity have been derived. There have been represented different applications of the elastic-plastic model for computer modelling of calculating powder porous composite materials under external loading in a rigid die. |

Abstract |
Rheological equation of the line polydisperse polymer in the one-dimensional asymptotic approximation is offered using statistical method to describe the melt shear flow process. The physical content of its basic characteristics is determined. The rheological equation allows explaining rather broad range of the experimentally stated peculiarities of the polymer melt shift flow. |

Abstract |
Recommendations for use of operation of dynamic stabilization are given by development of technological process of manufacturing of frictional disks of multidisk brakes of dumpers of the big carrying capacity up to 240 tons. Results of research with use of a method of final elements of the intense condition of frictional disks of big diameters up to 1000 mm are resulted at realization of process of dynamic stabilization. On the basis of the received results the description of a design of installation for realization of process of dynamic stabilization of frictional disks is given. |

Abstract |
It is shown, that the diffusivity reduction at polymer cross-linked is due to drift of gas-diffusant molecules on cross-wise links. A gas molecule diameter raising result to change of effective structural characteristics of cross-linked polymer, that more intensifies this effect. |
