Abstract |
Results of experimental research of gearing resonance modes are considered. Serial specimens used in machine building were tested at universal stand of the open force contour. The resonance phenomena in gearing, accompanied disconnection of teeth and sharp increment of the dynamic loading in a toothed engagement, have been fixed at frequency of rotation of gear in two times less values of rotation frequency, according for main resonance. Signs of resonance observed also on frequencies, equal 1/3 and 1/4 values of main resonance. |

Abstract |
The paper describes a mathematical model to estimate the parameters of vertical automobile body movements and contact zone loads arrived between of the car with the road surface though index IRI (International Roughness Index). Statistical IRI characteristics provided the basis for creating a module generates random in amplitude and length of sinusoidal irregularities. This module operates with a satisfactory accuracy of the mathematical model, which includes the original module of car tire and suspension "smoothing". |

Abstract |
Driver's assistant conception is presented for critical situations, which is based on usage of dynamic interaction of different vehicle subsystems. Brake Assistant classification is presented, which covers existing and perspective directions of brake assistant development. Conception of the Brake-Transmission Master Assistance (BTMA) is suggested. This assistant is based on the transmission gears switching "down" and usage of its frictional elements. This allows unloading the basic brake system. Thus, temperature heating, brake pressure levels, hysteresis losses are decreased. As a result the higher brake efficiency is secured. |
