Abstract |
The paper analyzes conditions and main reasons for destruction of main gear and wheel reduction gear of driving axles in MAZ automobile. A mathematical model of stress of bevel drive teeth has been developed; the reasonability of improving their thermal and chemical-thermal treatment has been proven. The research proposes to replace 20XH3A steel by 60 ΠΠ volumetric-surface hardened steel to be used in bevel gear wheels. |

Abstract |
Curves of deep contact weariness carburized cylindrical gears depending on size of hardness and quality of a microstructure in the heart of the strengthened layer are presented. The design procedure of the resource provided with resistance of deep contact weariness of active surfaces of teeths carburized gears, based on a hypothesis of summation of fatigue damages is resulted. |

Abstract |
The influence of the magnetic field on free and forced, flexural and shear vibrations of a three-layered composite beam containing interlayer magnetorheological core is studied. By using the multiple-scale method with respect to time, non-stationary forms of vibrations with the frequency and decrement varying in the time-scale being commensurable with the time of reaction of the magnetorheological composite on the magnetic field signal is constructed. |

Abstract |
Obtained in parametric form, exact analytical expressions for the components of stresses, deformations and displacements arising in physically nonlinear viscoelastic on according to Vladimir Moskvitin mechanically incompressible plate of constant thickness in the cases when 1) an annular plate, the internal and external contours of pressure are applied, 2)infinite plate has the circular hole free from loads, tensile stress is influencing at infinity 3) an infinite plate has a circular hole on the contours whom is under pressure, no stress at infinity. We also consider the special case where the plate material is physically linear viscoelastic material. |

Abstract |
The six degree of freedom parallel mechanism of specified configuration has been considered. The approaches for carrying out the parallel mechanism kinematic and dynamic analysis with the help of computer simulation techniques are proposed. The results of the workspaces construction are presented. The parallel mechanism dynamic model is developed in MATLAB/Simulink environment. |
