Abstract

The information on tendencies of domestic and foreign manufacturing techniques of cogwheel is provided. The expected and factorial method for an assessment of loading of cogwheel is offered. As estimated factors norms of accuracy of a ring gear and basing, material and heat treatment, technological process of production and modes of control are used. On each factor in the possible range of changes calculation of a resource of drive is made and total expenses are defined. The expected and factorial method is used only for the concrete toothed gearing and sets tasks of specification of norms of accuracy, material and parameters of the concrete toothed gearing without essential change of a basic design. As a result of use of this method optimum parameters of the cogwheel gearing in comparison to costs of production are defined.
