Abstract |
Features of purpose of parameters of two-cross-sectional control in accordance with GOST 1643-81 for cylindrical tooth gears of 6÷8 accuracy degrees are considered when using of the automated control devices with record of results of the measuring interaxal distance (MID). Recommendations about the accounting of the factors having significant effect on results of the automated two-cross-sectional control are made. On the basis of the analysis of parameters of norms of accuracy of two-cross-sectional control of tooth gears in accordance with GOST 1643-81 the conclusion is drawn on need of recalculation of basic norms of accuracy of GOST 1643-81 in the specified norms of accuracy different from similar basic norms of GOST by 1643-81 accounting of technological errors of gage devices, the equipment and measuring wheels, for the purpose of essential increase in objectivity of results of control, on condition of saving basic requirements to the accuracy of controlled tooth gears. Definitions of the specified “technological” norms of accuracy of a tooth gear for the automated two-cross-sectional control with use of basic norms of accuracy of GOST 1643-81 are given. Settlement analytical to dependence. Results of pilot study of comparability of the specified “technological” norms of accuracy of the automated two-cross-sectional control to bit-by-bit parameters of accuracy are given. |
