Abstract

The results of calculated-experimental researches of life-time with reference to service conditions of thermonuclear installation parts on the basis of methods of classical cyclic strength and tribofatigue (taking into account frettingeffect) with the use of specimens from zirconium bronze are given. It is displayed that the effect of contact impacts with reference to the complicated and responsible parts of considered installation of the tokamak type in the range of room and heightened temperatures and in corresponding loading conditions is exhibited in decrease of cyclic strength. Thus the life-time defined for the examined material on smooth cylindrical specimens in the homogeneous stress state conditions, at the presence of contact impacts is reduced that can be considered in the corresponding coefficient defined experimentally.
