Abstract | The article considers the equations of the theory of gridshells and methods for solving boundary problems for determining the profile of cross-ply and radial tires of the required width passing through a given point of the rim and a point at the equator. The algorithms for design and check calculation of tires are implemented. The forces in the body cord threads are determined. The results of calculations based on the theory of gridshells are compared with the results of finite element modeling in the MSC.Marc software package. | ||||
