Abstract Recommendations about precise definition parametres of double-flank control of interaxal distance measuring are resulted at an inequality of pressure angles measurement and processing taking into account an error of measuring gears. Influence of these factors on an estimation of accuracy of controllable cogwheels is experimentally confirmed, the error in an accuracy estimation can reach 25 % from actual accuracy of gears.
