Abstract |
The model which takes into account casting defects (blowholes) in calculation of the stressed state of elements of the mining dump truck frame is proposed. Comparative calculations of the stain#stressed state of the frame elements with and without consideration of casting defects are conducted. It is shown that consideration of the porosity by insertion of hollow fragments in the model qualitatively changes the results of the stress analysis. Size variation of hollow fragments influences on changes of the stressed state in a less degree. |
