Abstract

Advanced chassis control systems enable a vehicle to achieve new levels of performance in handling stability and responsiveness. This paper aims to provide a technical overview of state-of-the-art systems for electronic stability control. Dealing with generalized system of electronic stability control, the paper discusses methods to assess vehicle stability and responsiveness using basic automotive actuators and various control parameters.
