Abstract |
The variant of a gear with continuously adjustable ratio in the form of a planetary gear according to the scheme K-H-V. During adjusting of this gear ratio the composite construction of the central gear is the source of kinematic transmission errors (satellite angular misalignment). It is caused by a deviation of sectors teeth from the nominal position and not multiple sectors circular pitch to teeth circular pitch. It lowers the quality of the motion parameters transformation of a leading member. The variants of design development of a satellite gear joint for compensation of this error and smoothness of movement of an output shaft are proposed and described. Their performance is confirmed by computer and physical modelling. |
