Abstract |
Amkodor Joint Stock Company is one of the CIS leading producers of road building and construction machinery, utility vehicles, snow clearing machines and airfield sweepers, forestry, farming and other special machinery and attachments. Amkodor produces more than 4000 machines of 90 models and modifications annually. Extensive machinery families and wide range of removable working attachments enable Amkodor's products to be used in different fields of application. Continuous process of reconstruction and technical reequipment allows Amkodor to satisfy the requirements of any customer. The production of in-house attachments has been opened up, such as hydro-mechanical transmissions, driving steering and rigid axles, hydro cylinders, hydraulic control valves, cabs, etc. |

Abstract |
The present publication reveals the design method of matching the engine characteristics with kinematic parameters of transmission with purpose to improve traction properties and fuel efficiency of the highway truck train. The sense of this method is to use the matched multi-parametrical engine characteristic, the engine load applied from road, traction characteristics and the efficiency of truck train. The version of KAMAZ train developed on basis of calculated results and suggestions revealed 15...18 % decrease of fuel consumption, as compared with basic model, with higher up to 6...8 % travel speed. |

Abstract |
The compaction of the soil from the active loads of vehicle and tractor units is considered. The mathematical model of dynamic interference of the "wheeled unit - soil" system allowing for the parameters of the tractor vibration system, the rheological model of the soil and the unevenness of the relief of the base surface which permets to determine the soil density changes from the active leads at the stage of the design is suggested. |

Abstract |
Approaches for modeling the complex mechanical systems of mobile machines are discussed. Basic definitions related to schematization and dynamic analyses of mechanical systems are justified. Typical mistakes in schematization and building the mathematical models are analyzed. The technique for modeling the mechanical variable-structure systems is proposed. |
