Abstract |
The review is given and methods of a schematization of full fatigue curve on base to 10 7 cycles and to 10 9 cycles are analysed. It is shown that the question on its construction is debatable. For experimental check the generalised schematization of full fatigue curve offered in work [17] is accepted. In article the basic methodical principles of carrying out of correct fatigue tests (in a wide range of change of durability) are formulated. Their realisation has led to construction of the generalised curve consisting of 4 sites: quasistatic (I), smallcyclic (II), multicyclic (III) and high-resource (IV) fatigue. In work the analysis of the received results is given. In particular, it is shown that approximation of sites by the known sedate equation states a comprehensible estimation of fatigue durability. It is offered to characterise system of key parametres of a limiting condition two numbers (σ lim (N σlim)) which define as value of fatigue strength (σ lim) for this site, and durability (N σlim) at which it is reached. |

Abstract |
This paper investigates the effect of elastic shafts and bearings on the parameters of the shock pulse in the mesh spur gears. It is possible to reduce the error in determining the amplitude of the shock pulse from 24.4 % to 8.34 %. The accuracy of the timing of impact has not changed. |

Abstract |
The paper recommended sequence of possible safe combinations of virtual and real nodes for testing automatic transmissions at different stages. It describes a mathematical model for automatic hydromechanical transmission designed to work together with a single programmed controller. Examples of the simulation are shown. The main components of the complex are designed to operate with MatLab/Simulink. Loading modes of transmission and the most mobile machines combines the task of technological and transport resistances backgrounds. The operating cycle consists of moving off, acceleration, gear, performance of technological and transport operations. The virtual model is used for testing aims for programmed controllers to check them and to improve gear - shifting algorithm. |

Abstract |
This paper gives theoretical substantiation for the effectiveness of replacing the traditional scheme of freight train, representing a chain of cars all successively connected to the locomotive by a modular scheme, where the rolling stock is assembled of several independent blocks (modules) connected in parallel to the contact electrical network consisting of a traction (motor) car, joined by several standard (non-drive) cars. |
