Abstract |
The results and analysis of the research activities performed by Physical-Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences in the field of development of efficient technologies for strengthening mechanical engineering parts and units have been presented. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials obtained by exposure to laser, electronic and ion beams and pulsed carbon plasma have been described. The data on the performance characteristics of the obtained materials, the state and prospects for their application in mechanical engineering and tool manufacturing have been presented. It has been shown that there are good prospects for application of the resource saving technologies based on high-energy electrical physical methods of material processing such as magnetic pulse and high-speed induction processing. The research works have found their practical application in many industries and contribute to increasing of the competitiveness of the products manufactured by Belarusian enterprises and to extending of their export potential. |

Abstract |
The entering Russia into the World Trade Organization (WTO) has led to the fact that Russia in the framework of the Customs Union Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan (Customs Union). Russia must to introduce a number of European requirements in technical regulations. These changes are necessary because under the terms of the Customs Union can not prohibit the sale of vehicle of the manufacturers which are part of the Customs Union. Sales of vehicles that do not respond to European requirements, it makes impossible for Russia to join the WTO. |
