Abstract |
Procedure of prediction of a residual resource of a bearing structure of the special railway car hopper-batcher after long- term service has been developed. The procedure includes following steps: study of engineering data, operating conditions and analyzing the technical tests and repair information; development the diagnostic charts for body and frame, visual control and thickness measuring of the construction elements, control of weld seams and body metal, car screening and test sampling the worst technical condition parts; development of computer models and virtual testing of the carriage, taking into consideration real thickness of construction elements, in order to determine the relevance of degraded structure to the requirements of actual engineering data; loaded testing of the car bearing structure; analysis of the results of calculations and tests, determining the problem areas on the bearing structure, developing sampling scheme and sampling for chemical and physical-mechanical properties of the bearing construction material; investigation of chemical and physical-mechanical properties of the bearing construction material having long-term operational life; experiment-calculated evaluation of residual in-use utility for the bearing construction of the car, taking into account real test data and established properties of the material. The calculation-experimental technique of an estimation of the resource, differing by the account of conditions and intensity of service of the special railway car, actual physicomechanical properties of its bearing structure, and also results of the spent virtual and natural tests is offered. Results of virtual and experimental researches of the stress strain condition of a bearing structure of the car are shown, and also research of physical and mechanical properties of a material of a bearing structure after long-term service has been resulted. It has been established, that the construction corresponds to actual standard requirements. The estimation of a residual resource of a bearing structure of the car after 50 years of service has been executed. It has been established the residual resource makes not less than 11 years. |

Abstract |
The main reasons for the increasing competitiveness of domestic products are reduction of the standards role, the enterprises inability to pursue full research and fear of participation in the scientific and technical programs, optionality of realization underestimation the role of research and development work (R&D) during the innovative products creation. The necessity of considering the processes interaction is shown, which cover R&D works, the development and application of standards, patent-information support. One of the key conditions for the innovation emergence is the availability of modern interaction forms among stakeholders. New forms, especially clusters, are becoming more and more popular. The understanding of technically complicated items covers not only formal (enumerative) definitions, but also the dominant features that characterize their structure, design, operation conditions, the operator presence, etc. The role and importance of R&D aren’t determined in national standards. The scheme of innovative product creation is presented; its substantial disclosure is planned in the second part of the work. |

Abstract |
The article suggests a development concept of a farm tractor traction drive on a short-term and long-term, based on the published works analysis of the traction drive. The necessity of electric traction drive introduction for agricultural tractors recently is discussed in domestic and foreign scientific and technical journals. However, its implementation is constrained by many factors, including the lack of clear theoretical and constructive decisions on its use on tractors. The basic qualities of a tractor are noticed-stepless adjustment of speed and power on drive wheels of a tractor. In addition an electric tractor has other qualities, which greatly increase their effectiveness: reduction in specific fuel consumption, adaptability to modern integrated automated management of a tractor and tractor units, in drives of active workers of agricultural machinery especially during precision farming. |
